A DAY AT THE BEACH
Enjoy steamed lobster presented cascading from lobster traps, clams,
and oysters served to order from steamers, and a wide range of salads
presented in our many boat bowls.
Our buffets are decorated with custom designed linens fish nets,
miniature light houses, and other nautical props.

HAWAIIAN LUAU
Our hula skirt clad hippo will greet your guests with a complimentary lei, and our waiters, dressed in colorful Hawaiian shirts and khakis will offer your guests pina coladas and other tropical drinks.
A live steel drum band will entertain your guests
or, if desired, our DJ can provide a wide variety of traditional
Hawaiian music.
Customized menus could feature our macadamia crusted
salmon filet, kabobs of grilled chicken and pineapple, fruit salad
topped with toasted coconut.
Sweet endings include lemon lime tarts, macadamia nut squares, and fabulous fruit fondues.

THE SUMMER BARBECUE
Our summer buffet with red gingham linens and picnic baskets spilling
jalapeno studded cornbread and foccacia bread features a customized
menu with offerings such as honey glazed barbecued ribs, our famous
Cricket Chicken marinated in brown sugar, pommery mustard and lime,
grilled salmon with black bean and ginger sauce and much more.
We also provide tradition fare such as all beef hamburgers, hot
dogs and veggie burgers. Enjoy these with a variety of fresh and
customized salads.
Finish up this meal with our traditional hot apple crisp ala mode
our our decadent hot fudge brownie sundae.

ICE CREAM SHOPPE
A favorite for kids and the kid in all of us, this buffet, dressed
in "splash" linens offers a choice of ice creams with candy jars
of 24 toppings, including marshmallows, nuts, cherries, and chopped
up candies to sprinkle on top.
Hot fudge sauce and whipped cream add the perfect touch to your
customized sweet concoction.
Decorating this buffet is a cascade of assorted candies spilling
out onto the buffet.

Prepared to order fajitas, create your own taco bar, seven layered
Mexican dip and other offerings are displayed with festive custom
