Customize YOUR Menu
O ur
wedding coordinators work closely with you and with our chefs to
customize your reception menu to your tastes and style. We listen
closely to you in designing appropriate menus.
We provide many different menu options, whether you are planning
a formal sit down dinner or a more casual buffet/station event.
We work together with you to fine-tune the menus until
we create your final menu. When creating your final menu
we also take into account special considerations, such as appropriate
children's menus, themes, vegetarian and vegan concerns, kosher
needs and various food restrictions. The result is a perfectly
customized menu for your wedding reception.
Choose YOUR Wedding Cake
We can provide you with a customized wedding cake, designed to
your specifications. The cake recipe and designs will be created
as we listen to your desires, present pictures to you and taste
samples. The end product will be a beautifully customized cake,
appropriately garnished and elegantly presented and served.
If you provide the wedding cake, we will professionally present
it and serve it at no charge.
Quality Bar Service
Your ceremony has ended. The guests arrive at your reception
site. One of their first impressions will be at the bar getting
their first drink...
Our
bartenders present themselves in full tuxedo, very courteously and
they are always ready thirty minutes early. In the beginning of
your reception we provide one bartender for every 30 guests, ensuring
your guests won't have to wait.
The bartenders are professionally trained to serve a full bar
including customized or specialty drinks. We use only real glassware
and provide all non-alcohol ingredients at the bar, including a
full selection of sodas, spring water, cocktail fruit, assorted
juices and ice.
The result: your guests have a drink in hand and an hors d'oeuvres
offered within minutes of their arrival.
Personalized Service
Your customized menu has been developed by our professional chefs.
It will be prepared by our chefs on your wedding day with painstaking
detail and garnished and presented very elegantly on our presentation
pieces.
Our waiters and bartenders, fully tuxedoed, provide you and your
guests with exquisite, detail oriented professional service. They
go well beyond your expectations, keeping the glasses filled, the
dinner running efficiently and your day running smoothly. In
short, our staff will create a flawless flow to your evening.
Elegant Settings, Linens, Stemware and more
Your
menu is customized to your exact tastes. It will be presented and
served in a customized way. Custom colored floor length linens and
overlays dress up the room.
Damask linens, fine prints and sheer lace overlays are also available
to personalize your reception.
Many china patterns to choose from, silver plate utensils, and
choices of fine stemware all combine to create an evening of
exquisite elegance.
